Michael Gibson is President and Director of the Michael Gibson Gallery. Upon completion of his BBA at Bishop’s University, Gibson opened a gallery in downtown London in 1984. Michael Gibson is currently Past President of the Art Dealers Association of Canada where he has served on the Board of Directors for nine years.

In 1997 the gallery moved to its current location and won the Design Exchange Gold Medal for Renovations under $100k for that year. In 2006 Michael purchased the building from a London family who had owned it since 1923. Recently The Woodman Room was developed in the lower level of the gallery. The gallery has exhibited in over 25 international art fairs over the past 10 years. Click here to contact Michael.

Jennie KrahlingJennie Kraehling
, ISA is the associate director of the Michael Gibson Gallery. She has worked at the gallery since 2001 and has an honours Art History / English degree from Queen’s University. In October 2009 she became a member of the International Society of Appraisers by completing the Core Course in Appraisal Studies. She also has successfully completed the 15-hour course and exam on the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), the congressionally-recognized set of appraisal standards promulgated by The Appraisal Foundation. The International Society of Appraisers (ISA) was formed in 1979 and focuses on enhancing the professionalism of personal property appraisers. ISA is a leader in standardizing appraisal principles, theory, methodology, and report-writing standards directed specifically to the appraisal of personal property.
